It depends on how much moisture is in the hoof. Average time is about 10-20 minutes.

You can turn it upside down and pat the bottom of it. You can blow it out with the blower. You can hose it out with water. If there is debris stuck down inside you can take the four bolts out and take it apart but be sure to wear gloves so you don't cut your hands on the sharp edges of the expanded metal.
